近日，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的意见》并发出通知，要求各地区各部门结合实际认真贯彻落实。《意见》强调，实施中华优秀传统文化，传承发展工程，要仅仅围绕实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦，深入贯彻新发展理念，坚持以人民为中心的工作导向，坚持以社会主义核心价值观为引领，坚持创造性转化，创新性发展，坚守中华文化立场。传承中华文化基因，不忘本来，吸收外来，面向未来，积蓄中国智慧，弘扬中国精神，传播中国价值，不断增强中华优秀传统文化的生命力和影响力，创造中华文化新辉煌。
任何一种民族，一种文化，既然能够屹立于世界之林，就必定有它本身的优越性和独特性，有它本身形成的价值和意义。
中华文化从结绳到象形字，甲骨文，到伏羲创立太极，到黄帝完善伦理道德文明体系与社会秩序，统治管理制度，到今天经历了约万年的沉淀，在这个漫长的沉淀过程中诞生了独具特色，兼容并蓄，海纳百川，包罗万象，灿烂的文化和先进的文明体系。
